Refund Policy

Termination of Agreement:

By sending written notice to the other party, either party has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Termination can occur at the discretion of either party, provided that proper written notice is given.

Breach of Journalistic Standards and Guidelines:

In the event that either party fails to adhere to the agreed-upon Journalistic Standards and Guidelines, the Agreement will automatically terminate. In this case, both parties will be entitled to a full refund of the total project amount paid. The breach of these standards is considered a significant violation, and either party’s failure to comply with the guidelines will result in immediate termination without penalty.

Refund Process:

Upon termination of the Agreement, whether due to breach of standards or voluntary cancellation, both parties are entitled to a full return of the total project amount. The refund will be processed promptly, and both parties will be notified when the refund has been completed. The refund is provided with no additional charges or deductions, ensuring that both parties receive the complete amount originally agreed upon for the project.

Deletion of Digital Items:

Once the Agreement is terminated, all digital items connected to the project or Agreement will be deleted within 10 days. This includes all files, documents, media, or any content that was part of the project. The intent of this clause is to protect the intellectual property and privacy of both parties, ensuring that any sensitive or proprietary data is permanently removed within the specified time frame.

Proof of Work Completion:

After the termination of the Agreement, an electronic copy of the Work, including any completed deliverables, will be provided to the terminating party. This serves as proof of the work completed up until the point of termination. The electronic copy will be sent promptly after the termination notice and is intended to verify the status of the project at the time of cancellation.

Responsibilities Upon Termination:

Both parties agree to fulfill any remaining responsibilities at the time of termination. This includes the timely return of any materials, payments, or work not yet delivered, as well as the deletion of confidential or proprietary information in accordance with the terms outlined in the Agreement. Both parties are expected to act in good faith and respect each other's rights during the termination process.

By clearly outlining the procedures for termination, refund, and deletion of materials, this Refund Policy ensures that the interests of both parties are protected and provides a structured approach to resolving any disputes or cancellations of the Agreement.
